What is the difference between a MedSpa and a salon/Spa?

MedSpas offer medical services with medical-grade products like BOTOX and Juvederm. While
salon/spa have a different license and therefore may not offer these services.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment only and occasionally we can fit someone after a cancelation.

Are MedSpa services expensive?

That depends on a couple of factors:

  • The age and extent of patient's problem
  • The number of products necessary to correct

We offer free consultations, and we are very sensitive about our patient’s budgets.

What is the downtime for your services?

One treatment may have no downtime, and another may have 1 week downtime. Please ask
your provider about what to expect post treatment.

How long does each treatment last?

Some treatments may last 4 months while others may last 2 years. Please ask your provider
about the longevity of each treatment.

Is financing available?

Yes, we offer Apphaeon Credit.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please cancel 24 hours in advance.

What if I think I am having an adverse rection to a treatment?

If you think you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Otherwise,
please call our office at 772-337-1717 and one of our experienced staff will address your
concern.

What is the difference between BOTOX and Fillers?

Both are injectable treatments, but they are 2 different products with different functions:

  • Fillers are substances to enhance facial volume loss or erase wrinkles and creases.
  • Botox prevents the formation of fine lines and wrinkles by decreasing muscle
    contraction.
How do I know if my medical provider is qualified?

Please search for the medical provider credentials displayed normally in the reception area. In addition,
please ask any staff about the qualifications and years of experience for each provider.

Do you offer memberships or other perks?

Yes, absolutely. In addition to our Loyalty Reward Points, we are constantly offering monthly promotions, discounts and combined services
package deals.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my results?

We strive to always satisfy every single one of our patients. However, if any concern arises, we are here
to listen and do everything in our power to address it immediately.

How often may I come back?

Every service and treatment are different so please ask your provider to know the exact timing.
